Workout Deck, has different workout routines for men and women and three different levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.  Routines are broken down into 3 sections: Ab Exercises, Upper-Body Exercises and Lower-Body Exercises. Workout for as little as 2x / week averaging 20-30 minutes for each routine.

Routines of Workout Deck are also very convenient to implement.  The Free-Weight workout routines are not only suited for the gym but can also be done in your own home gym with minimal costs.  If you travel often, the Resistance Band workout routines conveniently can be used as well. And you can also use Resistance Band routines at home or at the gym to add variety to your workouts.

Workout Deck was designed by Eduardo Dias, a personal trainer and Metabolic Typing™ advisor for over fifteen years. Over the years, Eduardo developed his own system that utilizes Maximum Neuromuscular Activation™ to deliver maximum results in minimal time with simple exercises.
